Can you change your happiness right now? Yes.

In this video, I talk about some key practices that you can start implementing immediately to change your level of happiness. These include being grateful, being positive, removing self-doubt, removing self-pity, and increasing your social relationships with positive people.

Focus on the present. Don’t dwell or be shrouded by negative memories of the past or the fears of the future. Forgive and come to terms with traumatic or bad events in your past.

Surround yourself with people who love. Lower your standards for what you need to be excited and have great fun
