This struggle is a popular issue for most people, so I thought I’d summarize some of the major findings I’ve discovered from it over my own research, experience, and learnings over the years. From personal experience, I know that excessive levels of worry about others opinions can really only hurt you rather than service you productively. So how you do get past that?
