The 5-Day Overcome Procrastination Challenge: Day 3

For day three of my challenge to write an article per day, I had an idea to do a very short article. I felt this would be the clearest way to prove that you shouldn’t beat yourself up over quality, length, or perfection. Even a tiny bit of movement, action, or content can be helpful in starting to build momentum with a habit. I mean, this article is super short yet you’re still reading it and getting value.

Leave a comment if you’re following along with this challenge. The goal is to do something every day that you’ve been putting off, even if it’s small. It doesn’t have to be writing, like I’m doing. I wonder if anyone at all reads these. Let me know!
