I spend a $145 on fitness every month.
I know. ABSURD!
But here’s why:
A GREAT way for anyone to achieve their goals faster is to force accountability in a way that hurts.
But people don’t want to…
They say:
“Why would I pay more money unnecessarily when I can just save money and use my willpower?”
“You should do work you’re passionate about to succeed. You don’t need to pay for suffering.”
“Money only gets you so far.”
But a Harvard behavioral scientist and professor found that people psychologically trust and follow through with the same quality of information when they pay for it versus when they it’s free. In fact, the more we pay, the more we listen to it.
But there’s more to why I do it. I reveal it all in this new video. You will learn:
- why the cheapskate pays the most.
- why this explodes your mental resiliency and happiness.
- why this improves your ability to work at a high performer level.
What’s your experience with CrossFit? I’d love to hear from you.
